Clocks Created!

Say No More

to your bad habits

Nomo is a free app designed to help people on their recovery journey, whether you’re tackling a decades-long addiction or just trying to give up sugar. At its heart are customizable clocks that track your progress, celebrate milestones with chips, and keep you motivated. You can share your clocks with accountability partners, post or receive encouragement on the community wall, refocus with mini-games, or journal your thoughts with no extra fluff. What makes Nomo special is that it’s built on feedback from people like you. I’m not a big company—just a guy passionate about giving back to the recovery community. Every feature is designed with care, thanks to the suggestions and needs of real users.

Nomo runs on donations. Consider giving back to help keep Nomo free for everyone. Click here.

Hey, I’m Parker!

I'm not a company. I'm literally just a guy in recovery who created an app that I needed. I'm blown away by how many people have made Nomo a part of their journey. I'm so proud of the community for getting behind Nomo and making suggestions to make it even better.

"Why not charge 99 cents and rake in the dough?" is a question I'm asked often. So many people won't download an app if they have to pay for it. Even having, "Contains in-app purchases" is a major deterrent for a lot of people. I don't want anything to stand in someone's way of getting help. With that said, I intentionally don't charge for Nomo.

"Do you run ads?" is the next obvious question. Nope! Nomo is ad-free. I do have an affiliate link for BetterHelp. If you start online counseling with them, they compensate me, which helps offset the cost of running Nomo. It’s a win/win so I have no problem offering it as an option within the app.

The main way Nomo has been able to stay up and running as a free app for over a decade has been due to the generosity of the community itself. I set up a simple donation page after years of paying for everything out-of-pocket. To this day, I’m still blown away by the kindness of those who want to give back. There are no expectations or obligations. If Nomo has been helpful and you’d like to give back, just know that I appreciate every dollar that comes in.
